Horrible battery life

Very disappointed in this product. Battery wore down as fast as my S21 that I've had for 3 years. I was attempting to replace my S21 but will be returning this immediately. No great support from Verizon either....ridiculous to pay the amounts of money we do and have very poor customer service.

The absolute worst phone I have EVER owned!!!

I was persuaded to get this phone which was a huge mistake it is heavier than any phone I have ever owned. The positive is the stylus which I rarely use. I have to restart this phone multiple times per week and sometimes multiple times per day. It will just lock up or freeze becoming unresponsive. Every time they push out an update I have problems with the phones for days afterwards even when the update restarts the phone. Case and point this past weekend I had an update and when I attempted to answer a call the phone wouldn't respond. When I attempted to call the person back it again failed to connect. I had to restart the phone in order for it to work. This phone is an absolute junk avoid it and this brand at all costs.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Got the phone for the camera. Which is great. I watch a lot of streaming apps on my phone. The picture I get with phone is awesome compared to some of the other phones I have had. Only thing I have found I don't like is that the s pen has lost sensitivity. I like to do coloring apps to relax and clear my mind. The pen made coloring easier but as of late it doesn't work as well.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Over all I like the phone. Except storage, I bought the bigger storage cause I take a lot of photos. But within 2 months it said I was out of storage. Now it will not save my photos. I tried to clean it up, but lots hundreds of pictures. ( always back them up). But even if you back them up, they come off the phone. So very disappointed in my upgraded storage.

Bought phone brand new when it came out. I have been having problems since 2nd month. I they have sent me REFURBISHED phones with the exactly the same issue. Phone reception going in/out, sound like I am under water, and dropping calls. I should pay $1000 for a brand new phone out of the box and because of the poor quality of the phone, be sent a refurbished one. I am pretty sure the phone was returned for the same reason. Whether I am in Wisconsin or Florida I have the same issue. After the 4th replacement phone. Just give me a brand new out of the box upgraded phone like a S24 or a NOTE at no cost to me. It is embarrassing being on business call and they hear every other word, or they ask is there another phone I can call them from. I am paying a lot for a service that is only good 20% of the time. After 21 years with Verizon, it may be time to cut my loss. The phone is obviously defective.

Deffinetly not recommended by samsung, especially s23 ultra. In couple monthes, it will work very slow and loose screen sensevity and glitching even when you tipe letters. They delete my comment every time. Believe me. Don't buy samsung

Love the features of having the pen to take quick notes and a zoom that's able to take a picture of the moon and see if there's life there yet.

I thought that I was going to miss my NOTE 20 but happy to say NOT! S23 is fantastic. I was concerned about NOT waiting the additional week or two for the S24 but I don't believe that I'm missing much and am very satisfied.
